Does Oregon Wild Hair Moustache Wax® melt in hot beverages?
Yes, but not easily. Unlike most other moustache waxes, Oregon Wild Hair Moustache Wax® is not water-based and so responds more slowly to hot liquids. Plus, the oils used to scent the wax are natural and so there is no bitter taste when it does melt. You may need to reapply when you're done drinking.
Does Oregon Wild Hair Moustache Wax® come in scents other than musk?
It does! Kind of. Our simply natural formula contains no added scents.
What color is Oregon Wild Hair Moustache Wax®? Do you make tinted wax?
What color is your moustache? Our wax is a neutral tone and will not alter the color of your moustache. No, we don't make tinted wax; so far we've found that a neutral product is the most versatile.
How long will Oregon Wild Hair Moustache Wax® hold my moustache in place?
The answer to this question varies from moustache to moustache. One application of wax in the morning is normally enough to hold your moustache for a full working day. It may be necessary to reapply if you're going out in the evening.
How far will you ship Oregon Wild Hair products?
How far away do you live? If you live outside of the United States and want to buy any of our products we will find a way to get it to you; we have shipped our products as far away as Thailand and Australia and to members of our armed forces in the Middle East. Just send an e-mail with your mailing address and the contents of your order and we will respond with the shipping costs.
Can I send my credit card information to you so that you can charge orders to my account?
Unfortunately, that is not an option since we are not equipped to process credit card orders independently. If you are uncomfortable submitting payment online, we accept personal checks and money orders.
Are there any retail locations where I can purchase your products?
Oregon Wild Hair Moustache Wax® has proudly partnered with local business, Tucker's Barbershop at 850 NW 6th Street, Suite 13, Grants Pass, OR 97526 to sell our products in a retail setting.
However, we remain primarily an Internet business and do not maintain retail locations. Our products generally reach domestic destinations 3-5 days after we receive payment for an order, so our customers rarely have to wait long.
Are refunds available for returned products?
We don't accept returns, but if a product arrives damaged, then we are happy to replace it.
If I purchase your products, will I suddenly get e-mail from a million companies I've never heard of and don't care about?
Not because of us. Oregon Wild Hair Enterprises does not and will not sell your name to mailing lists of any kind (we hate those e-mail messages, too). All of the information that you send remains confidential. Additionally, we don't keep a mailing list, so you won't receive unsolicited messages about our business, either.
